RETURN POLICY and INFORMATION
- 30-Day Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping charges are NOT refundable. If we receive a return after 30 days from the order date, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, so keep this in mind. NOTE: The item being returned MUST BE in the ORIGINAL Packaging and re-packaged in new condition. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS in torn paper, out of wrapping, etc. If items are returned out of Original, New Packaging, a 20% Re-stocking/Re-Packing Fee will be applied.
- REFUND EXCLUSIONS: All sales are final on Clearance Items, Videos, DVDs, Books, Pre-order Deposits, Special orders, Custom-orders, OOAKs (one of a kind items) are non-refundable/transferable. Merchandise that been altered in any way, including cutting, gluing, painting-coloring, dismantling, assembling, etc is NOT refundable/returnable for ANY reason.
- Refund Amount: Refund totals are based on the original price you paid for the item in the original order (minus any discounts you may have received). We do NOT refund any postage on return items.
- Refunds on Free Shipping Item(s): If the item you wish to return for a refund was shipped to you for free, the actual postage amount will deducted from the total refund. (The item(s) price minus the postage paid by Dolls so Real, Inc will be refunded.)
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive your order and find an item is factory defective or damaged, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY regarding this issue. We will arrange to have the item picked up or send a return label for the item. You have 7-days to contact us about a damaged or defective item. NOTE: If you return the item to us without contacting us for a return label or pick-up, your postage will NOT be refunded to you.
- Missing/Wrong Item Received: If you receive your order and there is an item missing or you received an incorrect item, PLEASE CONTACT US immediately. You have 3-days after delivery of your order to let us know about the missing/wrong item. We will ship out the correct item and include return postage label(s), if necessary. NOTE: When reporting a missing or incorrect order we need to know whose initials or stamp is on the invoice/packing slip.
