RETURN POLICY and INFORMATION 2021
- 30 Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your order item(s), you can return the item(s) for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded via the original payment method used when ordering. The original shipping cost and return shipping is non-refundable.
- Free Shipping ITEMS/ORDER Return Policy - If you have received Free Shipping for your order or item and return it for a refund, we will deduct the shipping amount paid by Dolls so Real, Inc. For example, if you pre order a doll kit that is over $100 (which would include Free Shipping (USA)), then return it, the postage we paid (exact amount) will be deducted from the return. Free Shipping is only valid if you purchase something and keep it. If you return it, then it is no longer considered a purchase, but a return.
- Refund Fees: PayPal will no longer return the fees we pay when you pay via PayPal. This fee will be deducted from your refund (3.5%). If you have issues with this policy, please contact PayPal. If you want a refund without any fees, please pay with a credit card or ask for a store credit.
- Refund Amount: Refund totals are based on the original prices you paid (after discounts, coupons, etc) minus the original PayPal fee incurred. Postage is non refundable.
- Refund Exclusions:All sales are final on the following items: clearance, seconds, close outs, Pre-order deposits (we have not enforced this for some time but will be doing so in 2020. If you have extenuating circumstances, we can offer a Gift Card), DVDs, books, special orders, OOAKS, custom made items and reborn dolls. The amount paid is non refundable and cannot be transferred.
- Items that have been altered in any way including painting, gluing, cutting, etc. are not eligible for refunds.
- If you order the wrong item, you are welcome to return it, but please not the exclusions listed above. Our website clearly states these exclusions.
- Damaged/Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive your order and find an item is defective or damaged, please CONTACT US immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will provide a return label for you. If you return the item on your own, postage will not be refunded.
- Doll KITS: Please inspect every part of your doll kit BEFORE adding any paint, glue, hair, etc. Altered doll kits will not be eligible for refunds. Coloring the vinyl incorrectly, heating the oven to high or any alteration that is done to the kit is NOT reason for a return/refund.
- If we make a mistake on your order and send the wrong item, the same procedure applies. CONTACT US immediately and we will issue a postage return label.
- Missing Item in Order: If an item you ordered is missing, contact us immediately so we can ship the item out to you. Please note for stock control, we now photograph each order before leaving the warehouse and use a double check procedure to avoid mistakes. However, we are human and they do happen on rare occasions.
Please send any returns to us in postage paid packaging. We suggest getting delivery confirmation or insurance as we are NOT responsible for return items that do not arrive to us. Please send returns, along with a NOTE, Order Number and/or Name to the following address. Please include your order number (upper right hand of your receipt/invoice) on the Return # line.
